PCB Technician/Inspector
Letchworth, Herts

Full Time & Permanent Position

Reed Engineering are working with a Hertfordshire based company who manufacture PCBs to meet customer requirements.

They are currently looking to grow their team and recruit an experienced technician and also a more senior position for someone to overseethe inspection of completed PCBS.


Duties of the role include:

  • Read complex drawings and perform high specification assemblies
  • Inspection and testing of PCBs ensuring they meet customers' requirements
  • Diagnose faults and improve quality processes
  • Assist with the continuous improvement within the department

Skills/Experience required:

  • In depth knowledge of PCB assembly and experience within a similar role
  • Hand soldering skills
  • Knowledge of PCB test methods and fault finding
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings
  • Excellent communicator and high levels of computer literacy
