• £500 per day.

We are seeking an AWS and VMware Cloud Architect to join our clients who are independent VMware specialists and professional services companies.

Responsibilities:

• Influence project direction through expert-led workshops, documentation, and solution design/deployment.
• Design and implement VMware Cloud on AWS solutions tailored to client needs
• Navigate AWS networking complexities to ensure seamless service integration
• Apply AWS security best practices to safeguard all deployed solutions
• Utilize VMware's SDDC stack to enhance cloud infrastructure
• Develop and execute disaster recovery and backup strategies

Skills and Experience:

• Proven professional experience with AWS technologies.
• In-depth understanding of AWS security best practices.
• Knowledge of AWS storage solutions and consistency models.
• Familiarity with AWS networking and its impact on service integration.
• Proficiency in VMware Cloud on AWS, including public cloud infrastructure and network architecture.
• Ability to design, deploy, and migrate VMware Cloud on AWS solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of VMware's full Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) stack.
• Competence in disaster recovery and backup solutions.
• Experience leading project workshops and producing high-quality documentation.
