    The impact you will have in this role:

    Being a member of the Payroll team, the Payroll Associate Director manages the overall EMEA payroll function including payroll processing/review and submission of payroll taxes for approximately 400 employees across 5 Countries. Provides payroll support for employees, vendors, and government inquiries. Ensures payroll tax payments are processed timely and in compliance with applicable country specific tax laws. Ensures that internal controls are maintained and provide supporting for ad hoc reporting as necessary.

    Your Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provides primary day-to-day Payroll support for our EMEA payroll.
    • Prepare payroll and tax funding wire requests for manager review and approval.
    • Ongoing review and update of payroll related policies and procedures (both systematic and user functional) are current and ensure data integrity while minimizing manual effort to ensure compliance.
    • Review reports associated with government payroll filings to ensure compliance and accuracy.
    • Respond to employee and/or vendor payroll related inquiries.
    • Remain current on new legislation and regulatory ruling impacting payroll, specifically in the EMEA region.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
    • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification preferred.

    Talents Needed For Success:

    • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in payroll, tax reporting and tax compliance, strongly required; with at least 3 years in a processing role in the EMEA region and preferred expertise with processing payroll in the United Kingdom
    • ADP Celergo experience preferred.
    • ADP eTime experience preferred.
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite: (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
    • Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Excel skills
