BREEAM Assessor Nottingham

A privately-owned, building services consultancy who are passionate about securing the safety of our planet are looking for a BREEAM Assessor to join their team in Nottingham.

The Company

The successful BREEAM assessor will join a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that offers a variety of services, including Building physics, BREEAM/ WELL, Passive Haus Design, Mechanical and electrical design and more.

The successful BREEAM assessor will join a well established team of assessors

The BREEAM Assessor

Registered BREEAM Assessor.
BREEAM AP preferred
WELL, LEED and DREAM experience ideal
IT competent
Strong communicative skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized

Duties will include:
Managing and delivering your own projects.
Assisting colleagues with their BREEAM projects
Advising design engineers on BREEAM requirements.
Assisting to secure new projects and opportunities.
Projects are mainly industrial, including some healthcare and education

Return

Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000

25 days holiday
