My client is looking to recruit a Probate Manager whose role it will be will be to supervise a team of case handlers.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Meet with individual team members on a weekly basis to run through their case load. You will be required to offer assistance and guidance to them making the process as easy as possible for all involved.
Organise any training that maybe required.
Responsible for recruiting new team members
Hold regular reviews with the team and set goals that you will help them achieve.

You must have the ability to deal with a variety of clients and be able to work under pressure and have meticulous attention to detail.

This role will suit someone who enjoys a challenge, has excellent organisation and time management skills.

Working hours are Monday

Friday 9am to 5pm.

The starting salary from £30,000- £40,000 depending on experience, with free parking on site, company pension, 20 wellness hours a year, time off to volunteer and company events.
