    We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Support Officer to join our Investment technology and Change Team in the Investment Management Division. The Project Support Officer will play a key role in the Investment Division and will provide PMO administrative support to programmes and projects in Investment Change.

    What you'll be doing?

  • Supporting Project reporting ( drafting, distributing and chasing reports, consolidating workstream reports into project and programme level reporting packs)
  • Preparing and supporting project/workstream meetings; including minute taking, preparing agendas and communicating inputs/outputs to the programme team.
  • Maintaining Action Logs ( ensuring individuals complete actions on time and understanding the dependencies between actions)
  • Supporting the maintenance of the RAID log ( chasing updates).
  • Providing support and direction on all administrative support tasks to less experienced members of the team.
  • Maintaining the Programme/Project SharePoint and/or Teams site, ensuring documents are version controlled and a full audit history is maintained of each deliverable.
  • Who are we looking for?

  • Good understanding of PMO organizational function and how it fits into the Investment Change team and project processes.
  • Good understanding of data analytics, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Proficient in project and portfolio management tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and key skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills which you can adapt according to your audience.
  • Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
