    Interim Company Secretary Assistant- London- Remote/ Hybrid working

    A highly regarded firm in London is looking for a dynamic Company Secretary to join their team.

    Their role is Hybrid working and allows for plenty of flexibility.

    Job Description:

    Your primary responsibilities will include:

    Minute-taking during board meetings and maintaining accurate records of proceedings.

    Drafting resolutions and legal documents for board approval.

    Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

    Managing the administration of company secretarial duties, including the maintenance of company registers and records.

    Liaising with internal stakeholders and clients on governance and compliance matters.

    Keeping abreast of legal and regulatory changes affecting corporate governance.

    Requirements:

    A minimum of 3 years+ of previous experience as a Company Secretary, ideally within a corporate/ professional services firm.

    Strong board support experience, including minute-taking and drafting resolutions.

    Excellent knowledge of corporate governance, company law, and regulatory requirements.

    Some experience with listed funds would be ideal.

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
