Are you looking for an entry level administrative role within a finance department?

Do you have a passion for finance/accounts?


This medical rehabilitation organisation based in Newcastle are looking for an enthusiastic self starter with strong attention to detail working from 08.30am to 17.00 Monday to Friday.

3 months office based training and then 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.


What are the responsibilities of the Accounts Administrative role?

  • To carry out day to day administrative duties to assist and support the Accounts Team.
  • Responding to correspondence from clients both internal and external.
  • Answering telephones and dealing with queries.
  • Provide an efficient, friendly and professional service to all clients and colleagues.
  • Processing of medical & rehabilitation invoices.

What skills are needed for this role?

  • Organised and able to work on own initiative.
  • Friendly and able to work well within a team.
  • Accurate while processing high volumes of work.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
  • Ability to create and maintain productive working relationships with all clients both internal and external.
