Do you have a passion for finance/accounts?
This medical rehabilitation organisation based in Newcastle are looking for an enthusiastic self starter with strong attention to detail working from 08.30am to 17.00 Monday to Friday.
What are the responsibilities of the Accounts Administrative role?
- To carry out day to day administrative duties to assist and support the Accounts Team.
- Responding to correspondence from clients both internal and external.
- Answering telephones and dealing with queries.
- Provide an efficient, friendly and professional service to all clients and colleagues.
- Processing of medical & rehabilitation invoices.
What skills are needed for this role?
- Organised and able to work on own initiative.
- Friendly and able to work well within a team.
- Accurate while processing high volumes of work.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
- Ability to create and maintain productive working relationships with all clients both internal and external.
