We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Admin Assistant to join our Head Office team in Sheffield.Clear Line are a specialist façade installation and remediation Principal Contractor with over 25 years experience in the industry. We are specialising in the design, supply, installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of curtain walling & cladding.

Admin Assistant
Job Type:
Full-time, permanent. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 37.5h per week
Location:
Rawson Spring Way, Sheffield, S6 1PG
Salary:
Between 18,500-22,000 DOE
Start Date:
As soon as possible
Main Responsibilities:
- Dealing with sending and receiving of post/parcels and distributing as necessary.
- Checking and coding incoming deliveries/invoices.
- Filing and printing as required to the correct procedure.
- Administration support for insurance claims.
- General operational/fleet support.
- PPE keep an accurate record of stock levels.
- Booking accommodation for staff as required.
- Booking and updating training records.
- Controlling archive records.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Previous administrative experience within a transportation environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Exceptional organizational abilities, enabling you to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Salary:
£18,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
