We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Admin Assistant to join our Head Office team in Sheffield.

Clear Line are a specialist façade installation and remediation Principal Contractor with over 25 years experience in the industry. We are specialising in the design, supply, installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of curtain walling & cladding.

Admin Assistant


Job Type:
Full-time, permanent. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 37.5h per week


Location:
Rawson Spring Way, Sheffield, S6 1PG


Salary:
Between 18,500-22,000 DOE


Start Date:
As soon as possible


Main Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with sending and receiving of post/parcels and distributing as necessary.
  • Checking and coding incoming deliveries/invoices.
  • Filing and printing as required to the correct procedure.
  • Administration support for insurance claims.
  • General operational/fleet support.
  • PPE keep an accurate record of stock levels.
  • Booking accommodation for staff as required.
  • Booking and updating training records.
  • Controlling archive records.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Previous administrative experience within a transportation environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, enabling you to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- 'Can do' attitude and willingness to learn


Salary:
£18,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
