Responsibilities
As a Highways Maintenance Apprentice, you'll be working within the Kier Highways team, supporting them in keeping over 27,000km of roads flowing across the UK.
Your day to day will include:
- Working across several highways depots in the region
- Providing routine maintenance and ensuring continued operation of roads, tunnels, and bridges in the area
- Other activities such as kerbing, concrete work and laying asphalt
You will also study for a
Level 2 Highways Maintenance Skilled Operative qualification with support from our experienced teams - giving you the practical skills and expertise to excel in your career.
