Finance Director / Head of Accounts - Kent - Flexi working - up to £65k + Bens
We're working with a highly reputable, long-established, Kent based firm of Chartered Surveyors (providing Block Management and Building Surveying/Consultancy services to developments, estates and clients throughout London and the Southeast) who requirea Finance Director / Head of Accounts as follows:
Managing a well-established, efficient Accounts team providing guidance and technical know-how as required

Responsible for the entire property and business accounting functions, reporting directly to the MD

Ideally professionally qualified (i.e. CIMA/ACCA etc.) with at least 5-10 years practical senior level accounting experience

Well versed in complex service charge, client accounting and company HMRC matters

Able to act at client level providing accounting guidance at handover stages and beyond
