H9HR are excited to be partnering with a brilliant national business who are seeking a senior level HR Business Partner to join their great HR team

The role is a strategic BP position working with a range of senior level stakeholders in a complex business.

You will be the business partner for the North, but travel is mínimal and the role comes with excellent flexibility to work from home at least 2-3days per week if preferred.

The position comes with a salary £50,000 - £55,000pa

Duties include:

Business Partner to senior stakeholders
Talent strategies working with the Talent Team
Business Transformation and Change
HR Lead on key projects within your business areas including Wellbeing, Internal comms, engagement and reward
Business partnering at a senior level
Excellent senior level stakeholder management skills
Strategic HR Business Partner experience
A track record of leading HR change and HR projects in a complex organisation
Experience within fastpaced, commercial organisations
