    Sous chef - Assistant Chef

    Sous Chef Responsibilities:
    Help the head chef in preparation foods.
    You will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our kitchen.
    Working alongside our head chef.
    You will ensure the highest quality of food preparation.
    Presentation.
    Overall kitchen efficiency.
    Good have a good knowledge about health and safety procedures.
    Daily check date and fridge and quality of foods.
    Make a list of products we have to order.
    Make of effort to keep our kitchen clean at all time.
    Collaborate with the waiters or waitresses team and other staff members to ensure efficient operations.
    Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
    Have a full knowledge about allergens.

    Sous Chef Requirements:
    Previous experience as a sous chef. We welcome candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
    Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    Attention to detail and the ability to handle in busy hours.
    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the restaurant industry.
