Description

An experienced Office Administrator with between 3-5 years experience is required to join this boutique investment firm based near Green Park.

You will have sole responsibility for the office management and administration for the office and be instantly a pivotal member of this really friendly and sociable team.


As the only business support person in the team you will coordinate diary/travel for the two founders and also have responsibility for organising all company events including the AGM, company social events, Christmas party, internal strategy meetings and portfolio days.

You will also help the team with KYC processes (coordinating incoming documentation and filing correctly) and help coordinate reporting to the investors.


Part of your role as the Office Administrator will include overseeing any new joiners onboarding and checking invoices are raised and paid.

You will be responsible for the HR function for the office (7 in total) including payroll and benefit administration, updating the handbook and managing holiday planners.

This is a great team and as you are part of a small team you will be the first point of contact for any guests and deal with any facilities (cleaners/lease queries/IT/phonenlines and also be in charge of stocking the fridge with groceries and stationery and any purchases required for the office.


As Office Administrator this is a fantastic opportunity for you to really make this role your own as you will be involved in other projects for the business to include marketing projects - preparing press releases and adding to the CRM as well as tracking meetings with investors.


The role is Monday to Thursday only and you will be required to work at the office for these four days and as it is only a four day week it is perfect for someone looking for a fantastic role and an extra long weekend.

Hours 9-5.30pm and you will also get Private Health & Dental, discretionary bonus, pension and pro rata of 5 weeks holiday.

Salary is pro rata of max £52,000.
