Part-time, permanent role with flexible working- £28-32k per annum, based in the City of London
About Our Client:
My client is a well-established company, with an immaculate reputation within the Property and Housing industry
As a Part-Time Bookkeeper, you will be in charge of running the day-to-day finances of the business.
The core duties include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers
- Reconcile financial statements
- Preparing, sending and storing invoices
- Credit Control
- Bank reconciliation
- Prepayments and accruals
- Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
- Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
- Completing VAT returns
- Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
- Helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts
- Ad hoc accounting duties as and when required
The Successful Applicant:
Essential credentials for the successful Part-Time Bookkeeperto have will be:
- Solid transactional accounting experience
- Have 23 years experience in Finance
- Be immediately available or available with 1weeks notice
- Have intermediate excel experience
- Have excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
Highly desirable credentials for the successful Part-Time Bookkeeper to have are:
- SAP, Sage 50, Xero, QuickBooks, Oracle, MS Dynamics
OR NetSuite experience - Property and Housing industry experience
