Part-time, permanent role with flexible working
- £28-32k per annum, based in the City of London


About Our Client:

My client is a well-established company, with an immaculate reputation within the Property and Housing industry

As a Part-Time Bookkeeper, you will be in charge of running the day-to-day finances of the business.

The core duties include, but are not limited to:


  • Managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers
  • Reconcile financial statements
  • Preparing, sending and storing invoices
  • Credit Control
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Prepayments and accruals
  • Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
  • Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
  • Completing VAT returns
  • Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
  • Helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts
  • Ad hoc accounting duties as and when required

The Successful Applicant:


Essential credentials for the successful Part-Time Bookkeeperto have will be:

  • Solid transactional accounting experience
  • Have 23 years experience in Finance
  • Be immediately available or available with 1weeks notice
  • Have intermediate excel experience
  • Have excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills

Highly desirable credentials for the successful Part-Time Bookkeeper to have are:

  • SAP, Sage 50, Xero, QuickBooks, Oracle, MS Dynamics
    OR NetSuite experience
  • Property and Housing industry experience
