EB Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executry/Private Client Paralegal to join a growing legal firm in Inverness.
The private client team of this firm specialises in Tax, Trusts, Wills, Executries, Wealth Management and Residential Conveyancing.

The role of the Executry Paralegal involves:

  • Administer executry estates and trusts
  • Drafting confirmation and IHT forms
  • Executry accounts
  • General financial administration
  • Manage own caseload
  • Develop client relationships
  • Ad hoc duties as required by the department

Skills and experience required:


  • Significant Executry / Private Client Paralegal experience is essential to the role
  • IT proficient across various legal systems and MS Office
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Be highly organised and ability to prioritise
  • Team Player
