- Managing direct material ordering, confirmations, and tracking of the orders
- Resolving purchase order exceptions
- Managing supplier deliveries on set days & pallet quantity
- PO (Purchase Order) Management
- Expediting requests as per the requirements
- Resolving invoice queries
- Ensuring use of globally defined methods, processes, and systems to ensure a high process efficiency and compliance
- Proficiency in Excel, working knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) is required
- The ability to contribute positively to a team working environment
- Demonstration of creative thinking and be openness to new ideas would be preferred
- Knowledge of good document management
- Experience working in offshore, wind or manufacturing industry would be an added advantage

As a Supply Professional you will be responsible for managing direct material ordering, confirming, and tracking. You will need to continuously optimize & manage Inventory through the correct ordering strategies and maintenance of SAP data.
You will use your skills in a challenging environment within our team, in materials management. We require someone with enthusiasm, business experience and a willingness to adapt & facilitate change.
