    Job Description

    We are looking for Account Manager with at least 2 years' experience working for IT or telecommunications company, to join our team, based in the heart of London's West End.

    You will be responsible for sales growth within a given portfolio of existing customers and warm sales leads. Your key skills will be the ability to quickly understand a customer's business and achieve profitable sales growth by building strong business relationships and selling our relevant solutions and propositions to a portfolio of assigned customers. You will also be expert in liaising with cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

    This is a 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) in the office job, remote work is currently not available for this position, so the candidate needs to be comfortable with this.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    To achieve given targets for profitable sales growth within your portfolio of existing customers and warm sales leads by:

    • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
    • Understanding your customers business and selling appropriate innovative and tailored solutions and propositions
    • Identifying broader grow opportunities within territory and collaborating with sales teams to ensure timely growth attainment.
    • Becoming a trusted advisor to the decision makers, stakeholders and executive sponsors within the strategic accounts in your territory
    • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
    • Taking appropriate action, internally, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of sales orders.
    • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and sales funnel information within the company's CRM system
    • Compiling and presenting accurate account plans, sales forecast.
    • Making contributions to the continuing development of our global sales team
    • Perform related duties as assigned.

    The position reports to the SVP of Account Management

    ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES

    • Achieve assigned profitable sales quota in designated portfolio of existing and potential new accounts.
    • Achieve the strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
    • Maintain customer account plans and CRM reporting that meet company standards.
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company targets.
    • Completes required training and development objectives within agreed time frames.
    • REQUIREMENTS - Essential

      • Minimum 2 years' experience working for an IT or telecommunications company.
      • Strong selling, business relationship building, negotiation and customer service skills.
      • Previous experience working as Account Manager.
      • Ability to compile and sell business propositions.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Good problem-solving skills
      • Available to start immediately or on short notice period.
      • Comfortable with 5 days in the office

      Job Type: Full-time

      Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
