    Maintain vigilant oversight of sales KPIs to ensure efficient operations and optimal team performance.
    Actively secure major client accounts, setting a high benchmark in sales leadership.
    Solid B2B SaaS international sales leadership experience.
    Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams.
    Native/fluent in business English and equipped with excellent communication skills.
    A strategic and analytical mindset, proficient in sales data analysis and strategy formulation.
