    What does the role involve?

    • Partnering with our Product and Engineering leaders to help implement unified and best-in-class development practices across our organization
    • Empowering and enabling Product teams to scale through internal team prioritization, planning, scheduling, resource management/capacity allocation, and program tracking
    • Developing and implementing success metrics, OKRs, effectiveness measurements to assess and optimize development cycles across the Product and Engineering teams
    • Facilitating product roadmap and planning updates across the business in alignment with greater planning rhythms
    • Managing merchant roll outs / migration projects, working closely with the PMs and CSMs
    • Leading, refining, and iterating on a prioritisation methodology and process for bug-fix and feature delivery for our existing merchants, in collaboration with Product & Engineering
    • Designing and optimizing a decision-making, planning and prioritization framework to outsource some product capacity, ensuring sound business ROI
    • •Building and maintaining a core set of product analytics dashboards, automated reports, metrics to deliver insights leveraged by leadership

    What are we looking for?

    • 5+ years in a product operations, product management, or management consulting role closely aligned with product and engineering teams
    • Passion for delivering an outstanding user experience
    • Proficiency in data analysis – BI tools (SQL, Metabase/Tableau/Looker, Snowflake, Excel/Sheets)
    • Superior presentation skills, and ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
    • Experience building, maintaining and optimizing reports, metrics and dashboards with Product and Go-to-Market tech (e.g. Jira, Datadog, Salesforce)
    • Ability to communicate effectively across all functions and levels
    • Strong project management skills and ability to mobilize cross function teams towards a common goal
    • Curiosity and passion for problem-solving, with a track record of tackling complex issues with innovative solutions.
    • Aptitude in moving seamlessly from big picture thinking to operational tactics

    Additional useful, but not essential, experience:

    • A background working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
    • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the payments industry
    • Previous exposure to go-to-market teams preferred
