    We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Product Administrator to join our Regulatory Content Team in Nottingham. The primary role is to ensure the efficient delivery of regulatory summaries to our diverse customer base and to support the broader QHSE Product Team with essential administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain workflow trackers based on incoming data feeds.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Regulatory Content Team during the transition of Law to Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Compile and send template-based emails for monthly publication updates.
  • Coordinate the distribution of email updates to customers in line with the publication schedule.
  • Monitor the team's inbox and direct queries to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with limited project administration tasks to support the Regulatory Content Team.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to work effectively independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in learning new systems, processes, and techniques quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior understanding of digital publishing concepts is advantageous.
