    Job summary

    To provide a flexible, high quality clerical and receptionist support to the CCA Estates Team. The reception areas within our estates is the first point of contact for clients and visitors entering the unit and therefore must reflect the high quality of care that the Trust provides.

    Main duties of the job

  • To act as a receptionist at the CCA Estates units - to meet and greet patients, members of the public and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner and direct all visitors as appropriate.
  • To provide an efficient telephone answering service in a professional and helpful manner.
  • To maintain spread sheets and databases as appropriate in order to collect relevant data when required.
  • Receive and action invoices in a timely manner.
  • To action correspondence both paper and electronic and ensure that it is handled and responded to in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Scanning documents as required.

    Qualifications

  • GCSE at Grade C/4 in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications) or equivalent experience
  • Desirable

  • NVQ Level II in Business Administration / Customer Service / IT
  • Experience

  • Experience of working within an office environment
  • Experience of working in a public facing role.
  • Desirable

  • Relevant experience within the NHS

  • Knowledge of / experience of using information and/or customer service systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Excel and Word.

  • Previous experience Infoflex / 59R Software
  • Previous experience of PAS / Infoflex / SystmOne (area specific software
