    Position Overview: We are in search of a meticulous Operational Risk Manager to oversee and fortify the operational resilience of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of operational risk frameworks, adept at identifying and mitigating risks inherent in our e-money operations. This role necessitates a sharp focus on maintaining operational efficiency while safeguarding against potential threats and vulnerabilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement robust operational risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to the unique challenges of our e-money operations.
    • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize operational risks across all facets of our business.
    • Design and implement controls and mitigation strategies to minimize operational risk exposure and strengthen resilience.
    • Monitor key operational metrics and performance indicators to detect anomalies and potential risk triggers.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of operational risks on business objectives and develop proactive risk mitigation strategies.
    • Prepare and present insightful risk reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • 2 years of experience in operational risk management within the financial services industry, with a focus on e-money or fintech operations.
    • Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, identifying control gaps, and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends to assess operational risk exposure.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
