_Are you the Service Delivery Leader we are looking for? Do you have the passion, talent, skills and care experience that can make it all add up for the people we support?_

Purpose of the role:

To lead team leaders and support workers supporting adults with learning disabilities


To take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure we are able to provide the highest quality of care and support to the people we support.

To work with the area managers to turn referrals into new business stream

A little bit about Livability Wall Street
Livability Wall Street is a residential home in Hereford city centre. The service offers state-of-the-art equipment and facilities and highly trained staff.

With a specialism in supporting people with cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injury or stroke, the service takes a person-centred, flexible approach.

With the people that use our services, we create care and support plans that meet personal goals and needs.

Personal choice about how they live is top of the list for people who live at Wall Street, with active support from staff.

**Please note that this role will be overseeing Newent, Stroud, Cirencester with the office based in Hereford.
