Description

We are looking for an IT office support technician who can come in and be a valued member of the team.

Some of the responsibility will be;

Staff their IT Bar in the London office to deal with basic requests and distribute peripherals
Password resets
Hardware issues
Machine upgrades
Log and record issues reported via our ticketing system
Assign peripherals to end users as needed
Perform daily meeting room checks and troubleshoot basic issues and report back and record any major faults
Provide basic desk side support
Monitor configuration and setup issues
Docking station troubleshooting and replaceto ments

Type of individual that would fit the client culture is an Interest/passion for IT and technology, Problem solver and ability to troubleshoot, Someone looking to start or further their career in the IT industry, People and communication skills as they willbe customer facing, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn things quickly
