We are seeking to recruit a proactive and enthusiastic People Business Partner, providing strategic support to the Acute and Integrated Community Care directorate.

To be successful in the role you will have an excellent track record of improving performance, working collaboratively with managers and leaders to achieve their objectives and deliver a challenging transformation agenda.


Hours per week: 37.5


Key result areas include:


Delivery of the identified areas of the Trust's Workforce and OD Strategy work plan across the organisation, ensuring that the objectives and the actions are delivered to time, and that key performance indicators and priorities are met.


Delivery of the annual directorate workforce plan, providing evidence that the key deliverables on the forward plan are delivered to time.

Contribute to the delivery of cost improvement plans for the People and Culture Directorate delivering projected savings targets to time and demonstrate evidence of contribution to the achievement of clinical directorate CIP/ QIPP

Delivery of Directorate workforce metrics


Achieve set compliance rates for all Directorate workforce KPIs for managed staff and demonstrate evidence of contribution to the achievement of Directorate workforce KPIs, regularly monitoring and reviewing progress and taking action.
