About The Role


This is an integral role that must navigate the many different elements of the organisation whilst maintaining the focus on the needs and aspirations of the people we support.

The aim is to deliver maximum impact around progression, qualifications, and industry experience for people with a learning disability.


The coordinator is the central point of contact for our trainees and apprentices with a learning disability and their families, the enterprise managers who provide the training and the commissioners/funders who fund the training placements.

They will support the development and delivery of curriculum online, and in person, ensuring it is appropriate for all the people we support.


The Learning & Skills Coordinator will advise and guide colleagues around individual learning needs and will also assess some of those trainees/apprentices completing NVQs.
