BTG Accountancy & Finance are working with a well-established business in Leicestershire that is seeking an ambitious manufacturing accountant to join their management accounts team.

We are currently seeking a talented Management Accountant to joinour team and contribute to our continued success.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly management accounts, including analysis and commentary on financial performance.
Recording and reconciling financial transactions, and ensuring that the accounts are uptodate and accurate.
Managing the company's accounting systems and procedures, and implementing best practices to improve efficiencies.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legislation.
Producing and controlling an accurate costing system to support pricing and profit margins.
Providing financial support and analysis to the business in decisionmaking processes.
Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting.
Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Managing cash flow, including the preparation of weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
Assisting with the yearend audit process.
