£85-£100 per day
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of highquality physical education and extracurricular sports programs under the guidance of experienced teachers and coaches.
- Assist in planning and organizing sports activities, fixtures, and tournaments to engage students and promote participation.
- Provide individualized support and instruction to students to enhance their skills, confidence, and overall fitness levels.
- Supervise and ensure the safety and wellbeing of students during sports sessions and events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative initiatives to promote a positive sports culture and healthy lifestyle choices within the school community.
- Engage with students in mentoring and coaching capacities to foster personal growth and leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
- Passion for sports and a commitment to promoting physical activity and wellbeing among young people.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities and environments.
- Previous experience working with children or young adults in a sports coaching or mentoring capacity is advantageous.
- Valuable handson experience and professional development opportunities in the field of education.
- Supportive mentorship and guidance from experienced educators and coaches.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
