The role of People Administrator is really important to us, where you will be responsible for facilitating a shared service with the rest of the People team.


We would love to welcome you to our HQ based in Crewe, where you'll be made to feel part of the team by both your line manager and colleagues that work alongside you.

As well as receiving a full induction and training when you start, there could be potential for the role to have line management responsibilities in the future.


What would your day look like?


As well as the usual duties you would expect from this role, building relationships with managers and staff across the business is an important part of this opportunity and ensuring you understand the importance of providing accurate, timely and informative HR administration to the business in all aspects of the employee life cycle.

In addition, you will provide effective solutions and improvements to ways of working to the benefit of the team and our customers.


You will work close with the People Business Partner to deliver on key HR tasks such as preparing offer letters and contracts, liaising with payroll, supporting probation and performance management processes, updating our HR system with accurate information.

Furthermore, there are opportunities to get involved in projects that support our mission to our people at Radius.


What do we expect of you?

  • Demonstrable track record in administration would be desirable.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Highly motivated and driven to learn.
  • Experience and confidence in communicating clearly and concisely.
  • Understands the need for flexibility.
