SUPPORT WORKER, LHRSP (DISPERSED), LINCOLN, PERMANENT, 37 HPW, FRWK03 £20,048 - £20,417 (FROM 1ST
April 2023)

Main duties:
- supporting Adults who have experienced homelessness to manage tenancies and develop life skills
- working within a team of staff to enable opportunity and advocacy for Framework service users
- support to access services to manage addiction, offending behaviour and receive mental health support
- identifying the correct benefits and additional housing options to move through the service into sustainable housing

You will have an understanding of the barriers people face when experiencing homelessness and a positive empathetic view of problem solving to benefit the individual.
