- A strong regional firm with a network of offices across the UK.
- A dedicated employment team.
- Extensive experience in transactional and contentious employment work for both a claimant and respondent client base.
- Clients span a range of sectors and offer varied and complex work.
- Provide general employment advice to both claimants and respondents;
- Draft employment contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures;
- Work on Employment tribunal claims;
- Write bulletins/articles;
- Build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Employment Solicitor (or soon to qualify) with at least one training seat in employment or otherwise a junior lawyer with up to three years' experience.
- A good understanding of employment law.
- A genuine commitment to qualifying into employment.
- Strong links to the West Midlands.
