    Previous experience in properties is a must


    • Knowledge of the London property market and its regulations is required.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems.
    • Frequent use of excel to collate and arrange data to prepare reports
    • Support directors and partners with Ad hoc tasks I.Read & understand leases to update terms of tenancies
    • Ad hoc Invoicing
    • Anti Money Laundering
    • Coordinating the move in process and arranging inventories
    • Coordinating property maintenance
    • Updating and maintaining the company portals and windows
    • Assessing check out reports against inventory reports
