    1st Line Support Engineer – Managed Services Provider – Windows, Office 365, Active DirectoryRemote/Macclesfield - £25,000Applause IT are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a service desk team for a managed services provider based in Macclesfield.

    The organisation provides managed IT Services to organisations all around the North of England.

    The role will entail providing customer service focused technical support, assisting clients with hardware and software issues via telephone and email.


    The 1st Line Support Engineer will experience with:

    Working in an IT HelpdeskCustomer service skillsCommunication skillsWindows Desktop TechnologiesOffice 365Active DirectoryIt would be desirable for the 1st Line Engineer to have experience with:MSP Reseller/ support environmentOwning end user issuesRemote supportKnowledge of Windows and MacOSThis is an excellent opportunity for 1st Line Support Engineer who has experience with at a managed services provider.
