We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA

Automation Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a

passion for quality and a strong understanding of Selenium, JavaScript, and

ecommerce projects. They will be responsible for pioneering, developing and

implementing automated test suites, and ensuring that our products meet the

highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and strategize the automation initiative. Be the strong advocate for

QA Automation.

Be thought leader in automation area and able to communicate the priorities

/ plan for the short /medium term.

Design and implement test automation frameworks (Cucumber, Cypress,

Playwright)

Hands on experience in developing and implementing automated test suites

using Cucumber, Selenium, JavaScript is a must

Proactively updating automation test coverage to increase deployment

frequency

Collaborate with development teams to ensure that new features are properly

tested

Identify false negative test run and improved the reliability over time in

tracking test results

Having a strong experience with mobile automation test tools such as Appium

and other relevant tools

Report on test results, making it available to stakeholders through CI/CD

Stay up to date on the latest QA automation technologies and trends

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

5+ years of experience in QA automation project, especially ecommerce

project

Strong experience with Selenium, JavaScript, Java, Cucumber, TestNG, BDD

framework

Strong experience with CI/CD integration (Github Actions, Jenkins)

Having Kotlin and Swift programming skills is a plus

Experience in mentoring a team of QA automation engineers

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
