Key Responsibilities

Management of Maintenance Visits
Engagement with engineers to proactively prevent the need for additional site visits
Management of Reactive Fault Calls
Engagement with site to resolve faults at source
Engagement with engineers to proactively prevent the need for additional site visits
Collate Asset capture on Intruder & CCTV systems on premises
Plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits in your area during the normal working day.
Maintain effective communication with customers and project coordinator when planning/ completing site visits
Achieve and strive for 100% KPI completion of services in the calendar month.
To fill in all CCTV/ Intruder logbooks with correct, fully informative detail regarding works carried out at time of each visit.

Root cause failure and trend analysis of faults

Technical background in all CCTV system maintenance and fault finding
Technical background in all Intruder system maintenance and faultfinding utilising Galaxy remote service desk
Experience of frontline customer contact preferred
Excellent organisational skills
Professional and presentable at all times
Be able to deliver exceptional customer service
Must be able to perform well as an individual as well as part of a team
Willingness to Learn ongoing training provided
Security Clearance Vetting will need to be carried out due to the nature of Contract

Additional Info:

Your working hours will be Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:00am - 5pm. (1 Hour lunch period)
