We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues or concerns
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Up sell products or services when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customerfocused mindset with the ability to empathize and problemsolve
Salary:
From £24,944.58 per year
