We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Up sell products or services when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
From £24,944.58 per year
