Key Responsibilities


Your target group will mainly consist of technical engineers and sales employees, but marketing and operational professionals will occasionally be part of the target audience too.

You know how these experts think and can get their attention. You understand their needs and know exactly how to distil these into clear job descriptions and accompanying recruitment needs.

  • Working proactively with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Owning the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and selecting to interviewing and offering employment contracts.
  • Seeking out talent through direct channels. You will also be managing LinkedIn accounts.
  • Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.
  • Assist in adhoc HR projects, like collection of employees feedback.

What we are looking for

  • Some experience in recruiting for roles across core functions
  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Skilled at building relationships and reporting quickly
  • Attention to detail, with exceptional communication skills
