Swift Alliance Messaging Lead
Our Client an international bank are looking to recruit an individual with expertise of working with the Swift Alliance payment system.
You must have at least 5 years experience of working with the Swift Alliance Messaging Payment System Platform.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Swift Alliance Messaging Lead. The Swift Alliance Messaging Lead will be responsible for managing and implementing Swift Alliance messaging systems and providing technical support.
Strong knowledge and experience with Swift Alliance Messaging systems
Have built Swift Alliance servers
Have built Swift gateways
Configured message partners
Trouble shoot and maintain Swift components
Experience in managing and maintaining messaging systems
Good understanding of financial messaging standards such as ISO 20022
Proficiency in Swift messaging protocols and formats
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications in messaging systems or related technologies are a plus
Essential Skills
Install, configure, and maintain SWIFT Alliance Servers, Swift Alliance Gateways, Swift Alliance Web Platform
Administrate and Support the SWIFT platform (User Admin, Monitoring Queues etc)
Good Understanding of SWIFT Messaging Standards (ISO, MT, MX)
Good understanding of SWIFT architecture
The following skills are desirable and the Client will provide training as required in the various areas.
Support the Core Payment Platform (FTS PayPlus)
Support SafeWatch (Offline Screening platform)
Support the SWIFT message archiving solution (en.Reporting)
Good understanding of IT architecture
Scripting skills
In addition, please note that the individual will provide cover for other areas but training will be provided on the job.
Role includes providing holiday cover for iSeries Admin team (training will be provided).
The position will be based in Central London and you will be required to be on site at least 3 days per week.
The salary will be circa £60K - £70K plus benefits
