Quantitative Researcher - London - Systematic Trading Firm
A well-established prop trading firm, that trade a host of asset classes across global markets, are looking to onboard a highly skilled Quantitative Researcher.
You will be working with like minded individuals who come from a quantitative academic background and share a drive and inquisitive nature that lends itself to the work and research you will be conducting. The firm are used to onboarding people straight from academia, with them having a support network in place to help get you up to speed as quickly as possible.
The role will see you dealing with large, noisy data sets - identifying new investment opportunities; designing and implementing statistical models to enhance systematic strategies and conducting alpha generating research.

A PhD qualification from a highly regarded university is a necessity for the position, with the right candidate also having experience working in a trading environment.
