This well-structured team enjoys an enviable reputation. It is instructed by a diverse client base including significant corporates in the manufacturing, life sciences and manufacturing sectors as well as private equity and funders. Clients are largely UK based but the team if often involved with overseas matters and transactions.
Due to continued growth, a new opportunity has arisen suited to a Senior Associate or Legal Director.
We would be delighted to hear from corporate lawyers experienced in M&As, disposals, restructuring or those from a private equity and lender background. The nature of the role requires not less than 6 yrs' PQE and someone who enjoys responsibility and client contact.
As well as managing your own matters, you will also be a team player – supporting more experienced lawyers on complex matters which require a partner-led, team approach. This a highly skilled and vibrant culture in which to develop your future career. Many of the partners are recognised experts, who work well together and attract quality instructions. They also enjoy a solid reputation as trusted lawyers and for developing talent within.
As well as strong technical skills, the team is looking to appoint an individual who has gravitas and shares the same ethos to client care and mentoring juniors within the team.
