About Our Client:
Page Personnel are supporting a leading Healthcare organisation based in Nottingham with the appointment of a Recruitment Consultant to join a busy and growing team.
Reporting to a Recruitment Manager and working as part of a busy team, the role of Recruitment Consultant will involve supporting stakeholders with a range of care roles
This will involve:
- Posting adverts on job boards and social media
- Being creative and innovative to generate new talent pools
- Coordinating interviews
- Ensuring a successful offer management processes
- KPI reporting and tracking
The Successful Applicant:
You will be able to work on your own initiative and be self-motivated to achieve successful results for the organisation.
What's on Offer:
Up to £28000pa
Bonus (OTE up to £40000)
