A beautiful Arts & Crafts country house hotel with 26 individually designed and furnished bedrooms in the heart of the Lake District

What we're looking for from you:

Ensure that all hotel bedrooms, corridors and public areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness at all times.

Ensure that Brand Standards are maintained in bedrooms as per Company policy.
Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines.
Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
Work at an efficient pace to ensure guests rooms are completed on time.
Laundry
Be responsible for all cleaning equipment ensuring that it is used, cleaned and maintained correctly.
Replenish stock of trolleys and store rooms on a daily basis.
Ensure that weekly and monthly cleaning scheduled are adhered to. Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks as instructed.
To be aware of Health and Safety and COSHH Regulations within the department and hotel.

Liaising with your Housekeeping/Duty Manager on a daily basis ensuring all levels of your role are met to the required standards.
