Base Location:
Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen or Inverness.
Salary:
£33,500 - £50,300 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

This new position within the Offshore Project Services team in SSEN Transmission plays a pivotal role in setting up and embedding integrated reporting capability to enable the leadership teams to assess performance at both project and portfolio level.
The responsibilities of the Reporting Lead include:
- Playing a key role in defining fit for purpose, integrated reporting and KPIs across the Offshore portfolio and projects; outcome focussed providing clear overview of key messages.
- Developing reporting dashboards to deliver stakeholders requirements for overview and detailed insights.
- Identifying opportunities for enhancing existing practices and keeping awareness of market trends to ensure continuous improvement in the reporting framework.
- Leading and mentoring the Reporting Analyst team providing guidance, support, and undertaking performance management activities.
- Collaborating with existing reporting and other Project Services teams in Transmission to ensure alignment across processes as well as adoption of best practices.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- An excellent understanding of, and demonstrable experience in, managing Project Controls and governance cycles with ideally a relevant academic qualification.
- An understanding of large capital project management with experience of collating, analysing and interrogating data.
- Experience of managing and implementing performance improvements using data driven decisions.
- Experience in managing, supporting and developing a team of people, driving high quality and collaborative working including ability to manage competing priorities and different stakeholder requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills delivered through a variety of channels including the use of PowerPoint, excel and PowerBI would be advantageous.
