Up to £45k + 26 days of annual leave + Benefits

Responsibilities

As a Reactive Works Supervisor, you'll be working within our Highways team to provide first level supervision of both internal and external operations, oversee the day-to-day functions of the routine maintenance and small works schemes and ensure a high level of services is maintained throughout.

Your day to day will include:

Assist the Operations Manager in the programming, management and delivery of routine and severe weather services
Daily allocation and supervision of works and resources to ensure compliance with program and the maintenance requirement plan
Assist in emergency response and organize remedial repairs
Undertake and maintain records of site inductions/briefings/Toolbox talks
Ensure that adequate staffing levels are continually maintained

Who are we looking for?
This role of Reactive Works Supervisor is great for you if you can:

Experience of working within the highways industry including knowledge of network operations and scheme delivery
SSSTS or higher
Computer literate with regards to Microsoft programmes
