Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyancing Paralegal at Hutchins & Co. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including legal document preparation, communication with clients and other parties involved in conveyancing transactions, research, and document review. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages.
• Manage a caseload of conveyancing matters from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept informed throughout the process.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on property law matters.
• Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
• Conduct due diligence and title searches to identify any legal issues affecting the property.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on changes in property law and regulations, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
