Responsibilities for this Executive Sales Manager role will include:

  • Booking valuations
  • Winning instructions
  • Overseeing and managing the team to drive profit and income
  • Liaising with the Directors to help manage the business
  • Growing market share
Skills & Experience for this Executive Sales Manager role:

  • Minimum 5 years Estate Agency experience
  • Negotiation and management skills
  • Local area knowledge
  • Valuing experience preferred
  • Ability to work in fast paced sales environment
