They encourage and support their nurses to develop skills in advanced nurse clinics, and if you're interested in mentoring and leadership, there are also clinical coaching opportunities available.
The team holds a wide variety of individual interests, from medicine to soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, and a generous CPD allowance is provided.
About Their Practice:
You'll be joining a hardworking and inclusive team passionate about being at the heart of the local community.
Their practices boast a team of talented Client Care Advisors to support the client journey, allowing the veterinary nurses to carry out their roles effectively.
The practice offers excellent facilities, providing you with access to all the equipment and space you need to care for your patients.
Working alongside their dedicated team of 5 vets, 3 veterinary nurses, 2 student veterinary nurses, 1 veterinary care assistant, and 5 receptionists, the successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and confidence in all areas of general nursing.
They are looking for someone who can work 40 hours, with weekends on a fair rota. They could also consider 2nd-year student veterinary nurses.Compensation & Benefits:
