Description
The leverage finance team of this major global law firm is looking to recruit a mid to senior level associate/senior associate with around 4 years+ experience in leveraged/acquisition finance.
Work will include acquisition finance transactions, secured and unsecured lending, infrastructure financings, asset backed lending, investment fund financings, real estate finance and more.
You will gain important exposure to a wide range of high-profile transactions and work from term sheet stage through to post-closing.
The team is particularly looking for someone who enjoys building client relationships and is keen to develop their own client network with the support of the partners.
