About the role
As a QA Automation/Manual Engineer you could work with bleeding edge technology as you build innovative fintech products that change the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve developing core versions of software applications, identifying client requirements and technical specifications, interacting with engineering groups and training clients on applications.

About the team

Worldpay eCom Engineering branch specialises in delivering online payment services to our customers and are looking for Engineers to join our team and take our systems to the next level.

Operating within a collaborative SAFe environment, we strive to deliver effective solutions for our customers using our evolving payment platform. WPAP (Worldpay Alternative Payments) is an integrated Payments, Accounting & Clearing platform, offering Customers and Shoppers access to international banks and payment services within a single virtual treasury.

Working across an "On-Premise" and Cloud based platforms this growing team works closely to strive to deliver quality solutions in a timely manner.

What you will be doing

• Maintaining, designing, developing and executing manual and automated tests for software enhancements.
• Interacting with product managers and QA colleagues to define required manual and automated testing scenarios for the team and releasing.
• Interacting with team colleagues to plan and execute tests in a timely manner
• Working to support Cross Team and Program work in Integration and Release Testing to support Definition of Done.
• Assisting the team with Quality activities to ensure timely completion and release.

What you will need

• Experience with end-to-end systems development life cycles and standards.
• Knowledge of financial industry practices, regulations and operations.
• Experience with C#, NUnit, Selenium Webdriver
• Fluency in sequence diagrams, class models, etc.
• Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines.
• A bachelor's in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience of dealing with conflicting priorities and owning complex tasks to completion
• Experience of manual testing in Agile development teams

Added bonus if you have

• Experience of working in a Cloud Development environment, including teams operating a "BRO" model
• Knowledge of BDD
• Experience with RESTful API testing
